Mike Hawkins, President & CEO
Mike was appointed to the position of President by the Board of Directors in November 2014. Mike, who initially joined DEL Ozone in 2004, was previously the Director of OEM Sales. Working closely with inside sales, service and marketing teams, Mike will help to strengthen and maintain DEL’s dominant market position with focus on current and evolving market opportunities, and industry partnerships. Mike graduated Southern Illinois University, 1974.
Beth Hamil, Vice President, Corporate Compliance
Beth Hamil has been with DEL Ozone since 1985. She pioneered the development of the first NSF listed ozone system under Standard 50 in 1985, established the first NSF food safety testing and validation program for ozone in 1999. Beth has worked ever since with various NSF Toxicology groups, universities and government agencies to test and validate the safety and efficacy of ozone systems in applications for food safety, commercial pools and public health. Her current title is Vice President, Corporate Compliance based on her 27 years expertise of ozone regulatory compliance in multiple applications.
Shad Frane, Director of Sales, Food Safety & Industrial
Shad Frane has been with DEL Ozone since 2005 as Industrial Sales Engineer, Industrial Sales Manager, and now as Director of Sales, Food Safety and Industrial. He has worked on a wide range of ozone installations and acquired extensive experience; his current focus is on food safety applications globally. With his roots in agriculture and food safety, Shad is uniquely qualified to tackle even the most difficult installations to provide food processors seamless ozone integration. Shad has a BS in Agriculture Business with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing and a Minor in Viticulture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
